This past week I had the privilege to be featured in this book amongst other top tattoo artist such as Jose Lopez, Chuey Quintanar, Jack Rudy and Tim Hendricks just to name a few. The term "Con Sofos", is an expression that came about in early 50's by Mexican in the southwest of the United States and has become an identifying symbol of Chicano culture. Anytime Chicano culture is mentioned, Con Sofos sprouts up: as a greeting, at the end of letters, in pictures, even tattooed fingers- C/S.
